IT Operations Analyst

We're recruiting for a IT Operations Analyst based in Birmingham. Our client specializes in enterprise software solutions for the maritime industry. You'll join a skilled team delivering web applications, integration platforms, and data consultancy to global shipping organizations.

The role centres on managing a new data sharing platform that will be used by shipping companies worldwide. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, handle client queries, and work closely with various teams to ensure platform success.

Ideal for an experienced professional with 2-3+ years in a technical / operational role, looking to take ownership of a growing platform in an entrepreneurial environment.
