Role Overview:

As a highly skilled and experienced Platform Engineer, you will be entrusted with the vital responsibility of conceptualising and executing cutting-edge cloud-based solutions for esteemed clients. Leveraging your in-depth proficiency in Azure, Terraform, and AKS / Kubernetes, you will play a pivotal role in the design and implementation of sophisticated cloud architectures.

You will develop a strong understanding of cloud technologies and cloud architecture, with a focus on optimising the services we deliver by prioritising simplicity, decoupling, testing, iteration, and deployment. You will participate in cross-functional engineering projects, collaborating in small teams with engineers from various disciplines to create supportable, sustainable, and reliable services. Additionally, you will offer guidance to projects on configuring applications to meet their specific requirements.

Role Requirements:

  • Expertise in Azure, Terraform/Ansible, and AKS/Kubernetes
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline development for Azure-hosted applications
  • Experience orchestrating and streamlining software delivery lifecycle utilising Azure DevOps
