The Role…

No day will be the same in what is a fast-paced, exciting new role, with the successful candidates naturally striving to provide great customer service to both external and internal stakeholders. You will be meticulous and patient in your approach; keen to live and breathe company values, and with the ambition and drive to grow and develop.

The typical roles and responsibilities will include:
- Technical - troubleshoot desktop and system problems, diagnose, and solve hardware/software issues.
- Manage Helpdesk - ensure help desk tickets are logged, escalated, and resolved in a timely manner.
- User Management - administer applications for user accounts.
- Web - assist customers with technical web-related queries.

We appreciate you will likely be at the very beginning of your Software Development career, so provided you’re able to confidently demonstrate your interest in the subject, we’ll be more focused on your passion for learning/development and natural fit with our core values, rather than being able to evidence a significant degree of pre-existing technical knowledge. You will need to have the right to live and work in the UK, be based within the West Midlands.
