Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual with a heart for supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Do you have experience in assisting students with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

Tradewind are working with a school that caters for pupils aged 2-19years with SLD and PMLD, some pupils have additional difficulties including sensory impairment, communication difficulties and complex medical conditions. We are seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant available on a full-time basis.

Requirements:

Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.

Experience working in a special school and/or supporting pupils with SLD and PMLD.

A genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

Empathy, patience, and a nurturing approach to support students' social and emotional development.

Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of students.
