SEN Teaching Assistant - BSL Qualified

Reed Education are looking for a qualified BSL (British Sign Language) Teaching Assistant for an Outstanding SEN Primary School based in Birmingham. The school caters for children between the ages 2 - 11 who have a range of needs.

The role is full time and potentially permanent for the right person and is to start ASAP.

You will need to have the following:

  • Experience working with children in a School setting or similar.
  • BSL (British Sign Language) Qualification - Essential
  • Good communication skills
  • A nurturing approach
  • Can commit to full time (8:30 - 3:30)
  • Have a DBS on the update service or willing to apply.
  • Able to provide references covering 2 years
