Working closely with our experienced teaching staff, you will help create tailored learning plans and deliver one-on-one or small group sessions to enhance their academic, social, and emotional development.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one and group support to SEN pupils, implementing personalized learning strategies to meet their specific needs.
  • Assist the class teachers in differentiating lesson materials to ensure inclusivity and accessibility for all pupils.
  • Observe and monitor individual pupil progress, reporting findings to the SEN coordinator and relevant teaching staff.
  • Collaborate with the school's SEN team and parents to develop and maintain Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for pupils requiring additional support.
  • Foster a positive and supportive learning environment where pupils feel valued, respected, and encouraged to thrive.
The Candidate
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with pupils, staff, and parents.
  • Patience, empathy, and adaptability in meeting the diverse needs of pupils.
