- Provide one-on-one and group support to SEN pupils, implementing personalized learning strategies to meet their specific needs.
- Assist the class teachers in differentiating lesson materials to ensure inclusivity and accessibility for all pupils.
- Observe and monitor individual pupil progress, reporting findings to the SEN coordinator and relevant teaching staff.
- Collaborate with the school's SEN team and parents to develop and maintain Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for pupils requiring additional support.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment where pupils feel valued, respected, and encouraged to thrive.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability in meeting the diverse needs of pupils.
- Knowledge of SEN strategies and intervention techniques is advantageous.
