SEN Teaching Assistant
Willo Education are working exclusively with a 3 form entry Primary School in the Sandwell area who are looking to recruit an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant / SEN LSA. The successful person will be working on a 1:1 basisin KS1. You will be working within the classroom supporting her daily educational needs but may also be asked to help with small Numeracy and Literacy groups.
The position is full time, 5 days a week and due to the nature will require someone who is committed, reliable and knowledgeable. The school are looking to recruit someone who is passionate, hardworking and has a positive can do attitude. The head teacher has expressed that for the right person a permanent position might be offered with a view that you will work with the childthroughout her Primary Education.
To be considered for this role you must have the following:
- Level 3 in childcare or equivalent to.
- Minimum 6 months experience working with children who have SEN
- Right to work in the UK
- Engaging, positive and reliable.
