SEN Learning Support Assistants in Birmingham

We are currently seeking SEN Learning Support Assistants to join our team in Birmingham.If you are passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), we want to hear from you!

Role Details:

  • Pay Rate: 14 per hour
  • Positions Available: Full-time and part-time roles

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEND.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
  • Help students engage in classroom activities and promote their independence.
  • Support the classroom teacher in delivering lessons tailored to individual needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience working with students with SEND is preferred.
  • A valid DBS check is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
