SEN Primary Teaching Assistant

As a SEN Primary Teaching Assistant, you will be joining a team that prioritises the accessibility of education and provision of support to children with special education needs and/or disabilities. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to develop their teaching experience and to work with a committed staff in order to deliver outstanding results.
SEN Teaching Assistant Description:
- £105 - £110 per day
- Full-time role (term-term only)
- Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4pm
- January 2025 start
- Based in Edgbaston, Birmingham
Information about the SEN Primary Teaching Assistant Role:
- Providing support to children with SEND and removing barriers of achievement.
- Working closely with a supportive and attentive team.
- Catering learning and communication towards individual children and their needs.
The Ideal Candidate for the SEN Primary Teaching Assistant Role:
- A desire to begin a career in education and to work with young people with SEND.
- Previous experience working with children and/or childcare experience.
- A drive to better the educational and developmental experience of children varying in age and ability.
