For this SEN Teaching Assistant position, you must have experience working with special needs. You must be a strong communicator, with a clear understanding of a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, learning and communication difficulties. You should be capable of building a strong rapport with pupils as this is important in the child's development.
The SEN Teaching Assistant Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant at a school, you will be working with SEN children on either a 1:1 basis or in small groups .You will be assisting with learning and providing a nurturing environment for their educational development.
