SEN Teaching Assistant - Birmingham ??About the Role:I am seeking to bring onboard dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants with experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) for day-to-day supply roles across various primary schools in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with professional or personal SEN experience who are looking to make a difference in the lives of young learners.?? Key Responsibilities:Support students with SEN in their learning and development.Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.Provide one-on-one or small group support as needed.Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment.?? Requirements:Previous experience working with children with SEN, either professionally or personally.Flexibility to work 2-3 days per week across different schools.Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.Safeguarding training completed within the last year or willingness to complete it.??
