Aspire People are currently working alongside a SEN school in the Harborne area of Birmingham to find an experienced Teaching Assistant to join their team ASAP. This position will involve working with SEND needs. This role is in a SEN school. This role is full time, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm.

Main Duties And Responsibilities
* Working with SEN students
* Create a safe learning environment for the pupils in the class
* Ensure the child remains focused on lesson plans
* Tailor support methods based off the mood of the child on each day
* Follow policies and procedures in line with safeguarding and child protection guidelines
