Aspire People are looking for SEND Ta's in the Northfield Area . We have opportunity to work in several Primary Schools in this area . We need people who are focused on young people's emotional, social, and academic developmentAre you looking for a job that offers daily challenges whilst giving you the training necessary to deal with them head on?We have a range of roles from day to day and long term for the new academic year !Our schools have a range of young people with Autism , SEMH and other SEN needs .These posts are varied and challenging yet rewarding at the same time . We work with well-established school who carry excellent reputations in the local community with the ability to support learners with a range of difficulties.The successful candidates will have some experience as a Teaching Assistant, care worker , health worker or who has a proven background of supporting young people or adults with additional needs, but also has the passion and desire to enhance their skill set further.Schools will accept applications from Teaching assistants from the below backgrounds:Teaching assistant with a background in specialist schoolsTeaching assistant with SEN experience in mainstream schoolsYouth workersGraduates who have degrees associating Psychology, Criminology, Sports coaching, Youth and community studiesCare Workers Health Workers If your interested please apply .
