SEN Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant needed in Bartley Green 

Morning Shifts 5 days per week (8:30am - 12pm)

Wanting to work as a Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant with immediate start?

An 'Outstanding' rated Primary School in Bartley Green are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant to work 121 with a child in Year 1.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a welcoming and friendly school which has a very warm feel to it. The hours are 8.30am - 12pm , Monday to Friday. 

This role involves being proactive and passionate, and someone who can work play a crucial role in the child development in class. The child has additional behavioural needs so needs someone who can get stuck in.

Your responsibilities will include providing one-to-one support, and creating close relationships with the student, therefore it is essential that you are passionate about getting the very best from the students and their learning, and committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 / 3 Qualification in Supporting and Learning in Schools is preferred but not essential 
  • SEN experience / happy to work with a child with SEN
  • Experience in a similar role is essential as we need to be able to reference your experience
  • Flexibility and adaptability 
  • DBS - Full enhanced CHILD ONLY
  • x2 references to show education/childcare related experience
