Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with a range of special educational needs on a one-on-one or small group basis. You will play a key role in helping students overcome their learning barriers and achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes student well-being and participation.
  • Liaise with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure consistent support for the child's development.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) is essential.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) are desirable.
  • Excellent communication, patience, and empathy.
  • Strong understanding of SEN support strategies, behaviour management, and child development.
