LTF Recruitment is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to join our friendly partner primary school in Edgbaston. This is a rewarding opportunity for the successful candidate to positively influence the development and achievement of students who require extra support in the classroom. The role is offered on a long-term basis with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

The Role:

  • Providing tailored support to SEN students in both one-to-one and small group settings as required.
  • Working closely with the team to implement inclusive strategies that cater to the diverse needs, abilities, and learning styles of each student.
  • Encouraging active participation and engagement in the learning process.
  • Leading small group intervention sessions and offering focused phonics support.
  • Ensuring every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential within a nurturing and supportive environment.

What we are looking for:

  • A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification/degree.
  • Experience working in a Primary School.
  • Experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • A dedication to assisting children in overcoming obstacles and achieving their full potential.
