About the Role:
- Full-time SEN teaching assistant role supporting Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students with special educational needs in Northfield, Birmingham (ages 5-11).
- Assist in creating engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual student needs.
- Provide support within and outside the classroom to ensure students can access the curriculum.
- Work closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel motivated and confident.
- Enjoy the flexibility of choosing your work schedule, from 1 to 5 days per week.

About You: For this role, you will need:
- Experience as a SEN teaching assistant working with children with special educational needs (SEN).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to diverse learning needs.
- A compassionate, patient, and professional approach to supporting students in Northfield, Birmingham.
- Flexibility and a commitment to achieving a healthy work-life balance.
- Experience within Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 is desirable.
