About the Role:

Full-time SEN teaching assistant role supporting Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students with special educational needs in Northfield, Birmingham (ages 5-11).
Assist in creating engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual student needs.
Provide support within and outside the classroom to ensure students can access the curriculum.
Work closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel motivated and confident.
Enjoy the flexibility of choosing your work schedule, from 1 to 5 days per week.

About You: For this role, you will need:

Experience as a SEN teaching assistant working with children with special educational needs (SEN).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to diverse learning needs.
A compassionate, patient, and professional approach to supporting students in Northfield, Birmingham.
Flexibility and a commitment to achieving a healthy work-life balance.
Experience within Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 is desirable.
