Are you a skilled Level 3 Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting students with SEN. Our inclusive school in Birmingham, B16, is looking for a dedicated individual to make a meaningful impact across Key Stages 1 and 2. Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for SEN pupils across KS1 and KS2
  • Assist in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to meet students' specific needs

  • Collaborate closely with the class teacher and SENCO to monitor progress and adjust support as needed
