SEN Teaching Assistant | Birmingham, B21 | £90 - £105 per day | ASAP Start

LTF Recruitment is looking for a patient and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming partner Primary School in Handsworth. In this role, you'll have the invaluable chance to positively impact the growth and achievements of students requiring extra support in the classroom. The role is offered on a long-term basis with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

The Role:

  • Providing support to students with SEN, in small groups or 1:1.
  • Working closely with other professionals to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Promoting active participation and engagement in the learning process.
  • Enhancing overall wellbeing through targeted interventions that support learning and development.

What we are looking for:

  • A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification/degree, or at least a year's experience working in a Primary School.
  • Experience of working with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • A passion for helping children to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
