LTF Recruitment are looking for a caring and nurturing SEN teaching assistant to work in our Primary school in the Northfield area. This role will involve working alongside a supportive team working 1:1 with a child with ASD with Complex ASD, Speech Language and Communication needs in Year One within a SEN resource hub. The role is offered on a long term basis with the potential to become permanent for the successful candidate.

The Ideal candidate:

  • Has previous experience working in a school environment or Preschool environment
  • Has experience supporting children 1:1 or 2:1 or in small groups.
  • Has experience or knowledge of supporting child/children with ASD, SLCN, non verbal
  • Understanding of EYFS framework/Key Stage One
  • Has TA qualifications or relevant degree
  • Can work as part of a team.
