- Supporting staff in their understanding of special educational needs.
- Monitoring progress of SEND students.
- Communicating with parents, carers, and outside agencies.
- Providing feedback to the SLT and students previous schools on students’ progress.
- Manage a small team of SEND Teaching Assistants and an Assistant SENCO.
- Support from an outstanding Headteacher who is determined to make a difference.
