Tradewind Recruitment are working in partnership with a Multi Academy Trust that have sites in Acocks Green, Hall Green, Tyseley and Erdington. They are currently recruiting for a 1:1 Year 3 SEND TA at their site in Acocks Green.

They are looking for exceptional and committed people to work within the trust to positively impact the lives of the pupils they support. They passionately believe that staff are the biggest asset, so they actively develop them through a personalised and bespoke CPD package each term. They invest heavily in their staff as they know that only through staff development will they achieve the very best outcomes for their children. They are a forward thinking and innovative Multi Academy Trust (MAT) with fantastic pupils, Trustees, and supportive Academy Representatives. Their staff are friendly, professional, and a dedicated team in the heart of the city serving an aspirant, culturally diverse community.

This role is to support on 1 :1 basis with a male pupil in Year 3 who currently has a diagnosis of autism. He displays some challenging behaviour and can lash out verbally when frustrated. Ideally the school are looking for someone who can come in and act as a role model for him and provide nurture and structure. This would be a full-time role to start asap until the end of the academic year.
