The Role: As a SEND Teacher, you will require a strong understanding of diverse learning needs, disabilities and empathy. You will work closely with students who have a range of special educational needs, tailoring your teaching to meet their individual needs whilst applying continuous professional development and staying informed about the latest teaching methods and tools for special education are key to success in the role.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience of working within a SEND setting.
• A compassionate and patient approach with a genuine commitment to supporting students with diverse learning needs.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students with creative, differentiated lessons.
