Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Art and DT lessons tailored to meet the needs of SEN/SEND students
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate closely with the SEND team to ensure effective support for all students
- Adapt teaching strategies to cater to a variety of learning needs
- Encourage students to reach their full potential, both academically and personally
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in teaching Art and Design Technology
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS
- A strong understanding of SEN/SEND and experience in creating tailored learning plans
- A dedicated and compassionate approach to teaching
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for supporting students in a creative and inclusive setting
