The School and Role
ABC Teachers is seeking a dedicated MFLÂ French/Spanish Supply Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Marston Green. The school is committed to providing an engaging and inclusive learning environment, with a strong focus on language learning and cultural appreciation. You will be joining a welcoming and well-resourced MFL department, teaching French and Spanish across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality French and Spanish lessons to students aged 11-16.
- Plan and adapt engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance language learning opportunities.

Requirements
The successful MFL Teacher will have;
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching French and Spanish at secondary level.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students in language learning.
- Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
*All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
