- Provide in-class support across a range of subjects, helping SEN pupils engage with the curriculum.
- Work closely with teachers to adapt lesson content for pupils with Autism, ADHD, and EHCPs.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking pupils’ progress, helping them achieve their individual education plan (IEP) goals.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports emotional and academic development.
- A degree in Psychology or a related field.
- A strong interest in working with children with special educational needs.
- Patience, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
- Experience working with SEN pupils is beneficial but not essential.
