I C Talent are supporting aalternative education provider based in North Birmingham. They are seeking to appoint an SEN Teacher on a permanent basis from September 2024 or sooner (Dependent on availability). The provision current supports 180 pupils on roll, to ensure they can provide the required tailored opportunities for children who need a nurturing, encouraging and supportive environment, specifol suically for those who will reintegrate back into a mainstream setting.Key Requirements QTS / QTLS Experience teaching secondary aged children in an SEN or Secondary school setting Proven track record of raising attainment, supporting behavioural challenges and demonstrating high levels of pastoral care. Enthusiastic about alternative education methodologies A commitment to holistic student development Ready to bring fresh ideas and creativity to the classroom and outside it.Passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives.
