SEN Teacher required for excellent Birmingham Special School. Are you a SEN Teacher who specialises in working with primary aged children with complex learning needs? This wonderful, vibrant and welcoming school are looking to add a SEN Teacher to the growing team, to help it maintain outstanding teaching and learning practices. The school is looking for a SEN Teacher who is passionate about making a difference and has a real love for working with complex learning needs.As an SEN Teacher at this school you will be teaching small classes of Key Stage 2 children and have wonderful support from an experienced team of specialist Teaching Assistants. The SLT are supportive and are determined to ensure that every child gets the most out of each day. The school has fantastic facilities and abundance of resources available. Teaching staff are friendly and welcoming, you will feel like part of the family from day one.Job Role:
  • Teaching Small classes of children with special educational needs.
  • Planning engaging and interactive lessons that are tailored to the needs of students.
  • Planning and delivering lessons that mee the needs of children in your class.
  • Working with the SENCO and TA’s to ensure children’s needs are met.
  • Taking part in whole school activities and wellbeing days.
  • Taking part in continues CPD and training focused on SEN Teaching and SEN Codes of Practice.
