The Company:
Our client is an established Fashion supplier and wholesaler to the high street. They now require a Sales Administration Assistant to join and support the team. Previous experience is desirable in Account management
The Role:
• Management of key business accounts.
• Management of critical paths for accounts and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Attending, contributing and heading key internal business meetings.
• Attendance at key account meetings, this will include preparation and note taking.
• Following up any action points from customer meetings with the team.
• Creating and editing product charts for key accounts.
• Preparing costing proposals for customers and ensuring the appropriate follow up is carried out.
• Working closely with the Merchandiser to ensure all key accounts are processed correctly.
• Reviewing sales figures and presenting to senior managers.
• Liaise with Design team and QA to ensure samples are actioned according to deadlines.
• Attend Weekly sales review meeting with Sales team and highlight any issues.
Skills Required:
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft office (Particularly Excel) and data-management tools and have the ability to generate and manipulate reporting data.
