Job description:

  • Therapists are assigned as link SaLTs in our local schools working with education staff and families to support children with SLCN at Universal, Targeted and Specialist levels.
  • Therapists work with young children and families in EY 'book-ins’ in local children centres and manage follow-ups in nurseries and clinics.

Essential:

  • Established clinical skills in assessment & intervention for children of all ages, in a range of settings and presenting with a wide range of SLCN and complex needs
  • Significant experience of working as part of multidisciplinary and multi-agency teams, including including educational colleagues, providing early intervention for children and young people.
  • Experience of working with a diverse caseload
