ICA, part of Wilmington plc, are seeking a detail oriented Assessment Programme Administrator to support our Assessment Team during a transitional period.

You will be integral to ensuring the accuracy and quality of our assessment processes as we refine our operations to deliver outstanding support.

In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the assessment team, ensuring the accuracy of multiple-choice question (MCQ) banks, assessment board tables, and other assessment-related data.

Your strong organisational skills and attention to detail will ensure that assessment data is consistently accurate and that any customer queries are handled professionally.

Job Purpose, Tasks, and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting quality checks on assessment details, including board tables, MCQ banks, and system updates.
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies in assessment data and liaising with team members as required.
  • Ensuring accurate data entry into assessment portals and maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Cross-referencing content to ensure assessment details are correct, while managing a repetitive workload effectively.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to address system alignment and data accuracy issues.
  • Responding to customer cases and queries related to assessments and system updates.
  • Supporting additional tasks or in-depth projects if workload permits.
