Our client, a well-established charity based in Birmingham, is seeking an enthusiastic Tennis Coach to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering tennis coaching sessions to a range of age groups and skill levels
  • Creating engaging and structured lesson plans to meet the needs of participants
  • Providing one-on-one coaching and group sessions to enhance players skills and performance
  • Encouraging and supporting individuals in developing their tennis abilities and overall fitness
  • Promoting inclusivity and ensuring a positive, supportive environment for all participants
  • Representing the charity at events and tournaments
  • Assisting in the organization and management of tennis-related activities and programs
  • Maintaining accurate records of participants' progress and feedback
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a tennis coach, ideally with qualifications from a recognized tennis association
  • Passion for tennis and coaching, with the ability to motivate and inspire players
  • Experience working with players of all ages and abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A strong commitment to the charity's values and mission
  • DBS clearance or willingness to undergo a check
