RM Recruit are pleased to be working with an excellent not-for-profit organisation based in Chelmsley Wood who are seeking a confident, well-experienced Admin Assistant to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis for approximately six weeks, with the potential for the contract to be extended. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and supportive office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the office team.
- Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
- Support the coordination of schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Perform data entry and ensure timely completion of reports.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the team.
About You:
- Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.
- Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Flexible, reliable, and a team player.
Requirements:
- The successful candidate will need to undergo an Enhanced DBS check for this role.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
