Due to the partnership between Hays and Birmingham City Council, we are looking to recruit a Business Support Officer to join the Adult Social Care team. Your new role
As a Business Support Officer, you will be supporting the team by ensuring service agreements have been created on the system. In this job, you will also be accurately updating details on client databases, and managing various cases.
Throughout this job, you will be working closely with the adult social care team to manage records and complete any day-to-day tasks to support your colleagues.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience of working in a busy administrative environment where you can prioritise your workload and have excellent time management skills. In addition, you will need to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills to ensure enquiries are responded to in a timely manner. You will need to portray strong teamwork skills and show that you are a valuable team player.
In addition, this role will be an ASAP start,. Before starting, you will need to pass your reference and compliance checks. On registration please have your 2 most recent employment details available for reference checks.

This is a full-time, temporary job based in Birmingham. This is a temporary contract but may be open to extension. This job is a Grade 3 position, with a rate of 13.45 (PAYE), paid on a weekly basis.
