My client, a stunning Michelin Restaurant in Birmingham, is currently looking for a talented Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their team.
The role is diverse and not strictly hierarchical, workload is spread between the entire team with focus on cross training, upskilling and shared responsibility. Management take further responsibility in imparting knowledge and implementing new ideas with setting standards and maintaining.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a Michelin environment and will operate at the highest level with impeccable standards.
The salary for the role is circa £35,000 plus tronc but subject to review after 3 months.
