Location: Birmingham, Hybrid

We are working with a vibrant and successful nutrition and lifestyle brand within the FMCG industry who is looking to expand their International team with the addition of 2 x Category Manager’s.

This role is a hybrid role, and will require you to be based in their South Birmingham offices 3 days per week.

As Category Manager you will be responsible for managing a specific product category within the International Market. Duties include identifying market trends, developing category strategies, managing supplier relationships, optimising product assortment, and monitoring sales performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in category management within the FMCG sector
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and profitability

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions

If successful you can expect a salary of up to £50,000, depending on the experience you can bring to the table.
