Procurement Manager, Property & Facilities Management Category

Our client is a leading and rapidly growing Facilities Management company in the UK, known for its dynamic and entrepreneurial approach. As they continue to expand, they are seeking to grow the procurement team by recruiting a Procurement Manager with a focus on managing sub-contractor spend within the Facilities Management sector. It's an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation and contribute to its continued success.

Key Accountabilities

This role supports the Head of Procurement with responsibilities that include executing sourcing within the FM Category (Hard and Soft services specialist suppliers) to maximize value for money, validating procurement savings with the Finance team, and ensuring accurate tracking. You will collaborate with internal departments, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, communicating any trends and analysis with senior leadership. Additionally, you'll support supplier development plans for addressing under-performance, ensure a professional approach to sourcing, and conduct benchmarking analysis and market testing for key clients when needed. The ideal candidate should have some relevant FM/Property Services experience, a sound foundation in procurement and good analytical skills.
