- Acting as a key point of contact for customers and supporting with MP&L related questions and concerns.
- Acting as the key contact between planning and distribution, managing customer expectations and giving updates on shipments and potential delays.
- Supporting the onboarding of new customer requirements and handling customer requests relating to MP&L; this could include chasing part supply, maintaining stock sheets, undertaking/managing stock counts, material requests.
- Supporting projects to improve the supply chain function and maintaining all documentation relating to supply chain processes.
- Developing and implementing supply chain KPIs and publish to key stakeholders
- Previous experience in a customer facing role within an automotive environment.
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
- Strong competency with Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience of planning within a manufacturing environment.
