Your new companyOur client is one of the UK's leading facilities management and professional services company. Your new roleWe are seeking a results-driven Team Leader to manage and guide a dedicated supplier onboarding and compliance team. You will be responsible for overseeing supplier onboarding processes, meeting compliance with regulations and standards, and building strong relationships with our suppliers.You will lead, support, and develop the team, with a focus on overseeing day-to-day team operations, ensuring high standards, including in Compliance, Risk, Onboarding and Supplier Health. As a primary point of contact, you will provide support and guidance whilst identifying and developing process enhancements to boost service quality including SOPs, training materials, and workflows, conducting regular reviews of documentation. You will also:

  • Drive quality assurance and manage reporting on supplier onboarding, maintenance, and health workstreams
  • Ensure the effective management of tickets and DSP reports, prioritising tasks to meet SLAs.
  • Track and manage the NSR process, update related information, and conduct data gap analyses to develop corrective action plans. Collaborate with the MDM team to align processes and ensure third-party data feeds function correctly.
  • Issue supplier health alerts advising colleagues of changes/risks.

What you'll need to succeedTo be successful, you will have proven experience in supplier management relationships including the onboarding and compliance with the supplier. You will also have a track record in a people leadership role with the ability to drive and motivate the team whilst focusing on results and data. A Financial/Procurement background would be a big advantage with the ability to conduct supplier risk assessments and work on P2P systems.
