Your new companyYou will work for a small property consultancy based in Birmingham. They have been operating for over 100 years and specialise in building consultancy, advisory, due diligence and general practice surveying. They work across industrial and commercial, and are a team of under ten people, and therefore operate as a family like business. Your new roleYou will work as a commercial surveyor working with commercial and industrial properties. You will work with valuations for the property, along with completing transactions of purchases, inspections of properties and liaising with the customer and seller to ensure a smooth transaction occurs.
What you'll need to succeedYou will have experience in an agency role, ideally with commercial properties, as well as being comfortable in a client facing role. You will be happy working in a small team, and growing your sector knowledge and skill set within the property sector. You will ideally have a degree or equivalent in a property related field.
