Job Title: Architectural Technician - Residential ProjectsLocation: Birmingham (onsite)Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE
We are looking for a talented Architectural Technician with residential experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to work on a variety of residential projects, from new builds to renovations and extensions!

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit).
- Ensure all designs comply with UK Building Regulations and planning policies.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Assist with planning applications and building control submissions.
- Conduct site visits to oversee progress and resolve technical issues.
- Research and recommend materials and construction techniques.
Requirements:?? A degree or diploma in Architectural Technology, Construction, or a related field.?? Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.?? Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and residential construction methods.?? Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.?? Ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines.?? Experience in residential design (housing developments, extensions, refurbishments, etc.).
