Are you a qualified surveyor / valuer, looking to take the next step in your career, with a forward thinking, global firm of Chartered Surveyors, which is currently growing and expanding exponentially, looking for people to share in their success?

Do you want to join a specialist company, with high profile clients such as Capco, London Regional, Rolls Royce and Cadogan Estates, in a highly autonomous and versatile role where you will have the potential for excellent progression whilst benefitting from a great work / balance?

You will be working for a world leading firm which specialises in Insurance valuation for clients in the UK and worldwide. As a RICS regulated and approved firm of valuers and appraisers, they provide a director led valuation service, with a track record of delivering independent and impartial advice.

On offer is the opportunity to step into a highly flexible role, where you will be responsible for undertaking RCAs, and managing wider insurance valuation projects, whilst providing ongoing instruction for clients, from inception to completion. You will form an integral part of the team, with excellent career prospects, where you could eventually take full responsibility for all work completed from the regional office.

The role:

  • Undertake Reinstatement Cost Assessments for a wide range of residential, commercial, industrial and government clients
  • Work at all stages of projects, from inception to completion
  • Report directly to the Business Owners, and Head of Buildings, taking responsibility for overall work completed

The person:

  • RICS or CABE/CIOB qualification
  • Experience of Commercial valuation / Buildings Surveying
  • Driving License
