Niyaa People are looking for a Contract Surveyor to join on of Birmingham's biggest housing associations. Reporting into a Contracts Manager you will be responsible for a team of Sub-contractors and contractors. You will require a excellent level of Technical ability and the skill set to manage a team. In return you'll have the option for plenty of internal training and a generous benefits package! Contract Surveyor £43,000Birmingham PermanentAs a contract Surveyor you will;

Support and manage the delivery of high quality maintenance services
To undertake key building surveys to the portfolio for condition validation of programmed works and Energy Performance Certificate surveys
Ensure Health and Safety requirements are met and works comply with the current regulations
