Cobalt have been appointed to help a multinational property consultancy to help them find an Estates Surveyor to join their team.

This position will be working in the Occupier Services division, assisting in the management of a UK-wide estate comprised primarily of corporate offices.

The position of Estates Surveyor will include all of the usual commercial property management responsibilities, and will also see you involved in elements of lease advisory and give you exposure to a huge amount of transactions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as the main contact for client escalations, resolving issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Lead projects, including process improvements, business planning, and revenue generation initiatives.
  • Support business development efforts for local and national clients.
  • Oversee client portfolio management, ensuring compliance, financial efficiency, and timely inspection programs.
  • Collaborate with client advisors to deliver seamless, end-to-end service.
  • Manage a multi-skilled team, ensuring efficient delivery of contracted Estate Management services and meeting client KPIs.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews for team development.

Requirements:
