We are seeking an Interim Disrepair Surveyor to join our Property team. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of property maintenance, and a passion for delivering top-notch service in the Social Housing Sector

Description

  • Conducting thorough property inspections and assessments
  • Identifying and rectifying disrepair issues in a timely manner
  • Producing detailed reports on property conditions and work carried out
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant property regulations and standards
  • Maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of maintenance strategies
  • Managing contractors and overseeing quality of work
  • Collaborating with the wider property team to achieve organisational goals

Profile

A successful Interim Disrepair Surveyor should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in Property Surveying or a related field
  • Experience in property maintenance and repair
  • Strong knowledge of property regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • Ability to manage contractors effectively
  • Aptitude for working collaboratively within a team
  • Have good experience with Damp and Mould Issues.
