Solution Search is assisting a busy Tier 1 M&E Contractor in London seeking a Commercial Manager for a £40 million shell and core project in Mayfair.
The ideal candidate should have over 15 years of experience managing projects commercially.
This role involves leading a team of three surveyors and the project is expected to run until early 2027.
The salary for this position is between £70,000 and £90,000, depending on experience, along with a package.
UK applicants only, as this is an immediate start for a permanent position within M&E Building Services Contracting.

They require anexceptionalM&E Commercial Managerfor a 40m commercial offices shell & core project based in Mayfair.

My client is looking for someone with 15+ years managing projects commercially.

This person will be leading a team of 3 surveyors and the project runs through to early 2027.
