Role Overview
We are looking for a surveyor to take a āhands onā proactive role within our exciting property management team, ensuring that all aspects of our new instruction are covered. In particular; the successful candidate will have experience with client engagement and reporting, tenant & data management, property inspections, as well as identifying new initiatives/opportunities for clients and cross selling activities.
We have a diverse client base and deal in all commercial property sectors including world-class offices and retail units, where we act for both landlords and occupiers.

The Birmingham Property Management Team is one of the largest teams in the Midlands, representing a diverse range of clients, including global investors, institutional real estate investors, and both national and local clients.
Our Birmingham office also offers comprehensive financial services, including client accounts, service charge accounts, credit control, and property analysts.
We specialise in all property sectors and foster a team-oriented work environment and culture designed to bring out the best in each individual. Key Skills
MRICS qualified or Assoc RICS preferred, though dependent on experience not essential
