Our client is looking to expand its team with a Residential Surveyor in the Birmingham area. They are a growing and successful independent practice with client care and a booking team to support your work. The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered:

  • £45,000 - £55,000 Basic
  • £60,000 - £70,000 OTE

Residential Surveyor requirements:

  • AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualifications

  • Homebuyers Surveys
  • Building Surveys
  • Additional Services to Public and Private Clients
