Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to join their growing team in the Birmingham area, offering the flexibility of remote work.
The position requires candidates to hold AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS qualifications, along with RICS Registered Valuer status and the ability to conduct level 2 and 3 surveys.
The salary for this role ranges from £45,000 to £55,000, with an on-target earnings potential of £60,000 to £70,000, plus bonuses and a monthly car allowance.
The successful candidate will enjoy a range of benefits, including 33 days of annual holiday, private medical healthcare, and a pension scheme.

Our client is looking to expand its team with a Residential Surveyor in the Birmingham area. They are a growing and successful independent practice with client care and a booking team to support your work. The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered:

£45,000 - £55,000 Basic
£60,000 - £70,000 OTE

Residential Surveyor requirements:

AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualifications
RICS Registered Valuer
