Sonic Summary

Our clients, a well-established Surveying practice, are seeking to recruit a Residential Surveyor in the Birmingham area due to increased business levels.
This position is available on a 6-month contract and focuses on right to buy valuations.
The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of £50,000 per annum, which equates to £25,000 for the duration of the contract.
Candidates must have experience as a practising Surveyor and hold RICS Membership.
Additionally, the ability to carry out Level 1 Valuation reports is required for this role.

Due to increased business levels, our clients, a well-established Surveying practice, are looking to recruit a Residential Surveyor in the Birmingham area. This role is available on a 6 month contract and involves right to buy valuations.

Working Hours:

Full time - Monday to Friday

Our client is offering a successful Residential Surveyor:

Basic salary of £50,000 per annum (25,000 for 6 month contract)

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:

Carrying out Right to buy Valuations
Produce accurate property reports

Requirements for Residential Surveyor role:

Experience as a practising Surveyor
RICS Membership
Ability to carry out Level 1 Valuation reports
